Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlayOps, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering a child for a program, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.

Your Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Child profiles are managed by a parent or guardian. Children under 18 do not create their own accounts.
• You may only maintain one account per email address.

Program Registration

• Submitting a registration and completing payment constitutes a binding commitment to the program, subject to the refund policy set by the sports organization.
• Items in your registration basket are held temporarily and are not guaranteed until payment is completed. Unpaid baskets expire automatically.
• Program availability is shown in real time. A spot is only secured once payment is successfully processed.
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment processing. On-screen status during checkout is informational — the server-side payment confirmation is authoritative.

Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed securely by Helcim. We do not store your credit card details.
• All prices are displayed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Some programs require an annual membership fee. This fee is charged once per membership period and is non-refundable.
• Refund policies are set by each sports organization. Platform fees and membership fees are non-refundable. Contact the organization directly for refund requests on program registration fees.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PlayOps only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship to a child you are registering.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.

Intellectual Property

The PlayOps platform, including its design, code, logos, and content, is owned by ZenkoTek Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Organization Content

Sports organizations using PlayOps are responsible for the accuracy of their program listings, fees, schedules, and policies. ZenkoTek Ltd. is a platform provider and does not control or endorse the content, policies, or decisions of individual organizations.

Service Availability

We strive to keep PlayOps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenkoTek Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PlayOps. Our total liability for any claim related to the platform is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of PlayOps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PlayOps will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
